According to information disclosed by various enterprises, it is estimated that the locking force of the required press machine is continuously increasing from the aluminum alloy small shell (with a maximum limit of 1600T) to the body structural components (such as shock absorbers/longitudinal beams/A/B columns (with a maximum limit of 4400T), and the general high-pressure die-casting machine is between 1000-4400T. If larger volume products need to be cast, a larger tonnage die-casting machine is required to cooperate.
