In order to ensure the normal operation of the drive shaft and to prolong its service life, user should take care of following points:

1. It is strictly forbidden to start the car in high speed gear.

2. It is strictly forbidden to lift the clutch pedal hard.

3. It is strictly forbidden to overloading and speeding of cars.

4. The working condition of the drive shaft should be checked frequently.

5. The tightening of the drive shaft hanger should be checked frequently, check whether the supporting rubber is damaged, whether the connecting parts of the drive shaft are loose, and whether the drive shaft is deformed.

6. In order to ensure the dynamic balance of the drive shaft, frequent attention should be paid to whether the balance welding piece is desoldered. The new driveshaft assembly is supplied as a kit and the assembly markings of the telescopic bushing should be noted when the new driveshaft is installed and should ensure that the flange fork is in one plane. When repairing and disassembling the drive shaft, print assembly marks on the expansion sleeve and flange shaft to keep the original assembly relationship intact when reassembling.

​7. The cross bearing of universal joint should be greased frequently, and the No.3 lithium grease should be injected in summer and No.2 lithium grease in winter.
